About Human Resources

Human resources is generally defined as "human labor; the physical and mental abilities that produce the goods and services of businesses." This is part of what makes an organization what it strives to be.

The Department of Human Resources at World Changers Church International is charged with bringing together the energies, talents and abilities of qualified and motivated people to carry out the daily operations of the organization. We are responsible for proactively resolving issues, mediating between employees and management, meeting the needs of the staff, implementing the goals of the ministry, creating policies and providing understanding regarding those policies.

The Human Resources' team strives to provide a positive environment for staff members that promotes integrity, character, discretion, justice and initiative by creating avenues whereby staff members are able to expand their knowledge base through specific training courses and a well-stocked staff library.
